Return policy

Return Policy for our website costume or outfits :

1.The costume or outfit you receive will be 100% the same as the pic we send to
you.if not ,we will refund.

2. If the size of the costume you receive is not the same as you specified, we
will either send a replacement or proceed with a refund. Refunds cannot be issued
for measurements that were specified in error by the customer.

Return policy for commissioning costume or outfits:

After receiving your pic of commissiong costume or outfits ,and your payment ,we
make costume.we will send you pic of costume as soon as finish it. We will send it
if you are content with it.If the size of the costume you receive is not the same as
you specified, we will either send a replacement or proceed with a refund. Refunds
cannot be issued for measurements that were specified in error by the customer.
