Commissioning Contract
Here is the contract. Customer must agree 100% to it before we make the costume.
Private Custom Costume Commission Contract.

1.Special Orders .Please submit a photo of the desired outfit or character, along with your size requirements (waist, length, etc.,)
2. Material. We will try our best to use the materials specified by the customer. If we find better materials, we will query the customer for their choice.
3. Size Considerations. If the size of the costume you receive is not the same as you specified, we will either send a replacement or proceed with a refund. Refunds cannot be issued for measurements that were specified in error by the customer.
4. Deliery Time. Delivery time will be arranged in accordance with the customer's preferred scheduled time.
